About Finesse+

The Finesse+ is a monopolar electrosurgical generator specifically designed for loop electrosurgical excision procedures (LETZ/LEEP) in gynecological clinics. It is compatible with a wide range of electrodes, including loop electrodes, rotation electrodes, and ball electrodes. The system also includes an electrosurgical pen, neutral electrode, particle filter, and a variety of specula and surgical instruments designed for electrosurgery.

Key Features

The Finesse+ offers multiple adjustable settings, making it suitable for both high-volume hospital clinics and smaller practices performing only a few procedures per week.
The generator has four modes (CUT and BLEND 1–3) for excision with adjustable output from 5 to 99 W, and one COAG mode for coagulation/fulguration with output from 5 to 75 W. The incisions can always be fine-tuned in terms of both output power and the degree of hemostasis. The procedure is controlled using standardized controls for CUT/BLEND (yellow) and COAG (blue), either on the pencil/handpiece or via foot pedal.
